# Synapse

> Synapse makes businesses findable, readable and orderable by AI assistants, then

## What we build

- **Agent-ready website** - a site built for people and for machines: structured data,
  a summary written for AI, and a booking endpoint. About 2 weeks.
- **Agent pathways** - AI agents wired through quoting, onboarding, invoice chasing and
  follow-up, connected to the tools the client already uses. 3-6 weeks per pathway.
- **Internal software** - custom systems that replace subscription tools, owned outright,
  no per-seat pricing. Scoped after a mapping session.

## How engagements work

1. **Map** - we follow one process end to end with whoever does the work.
2. **Build** - fixed scope and fixed price, agreed before anything starts.
3. **Hand over** - documentation, training and the keys.

The mapping session is free. The map and a fixed quote are sent afterwards.

## Governance

Every agent action is logged with its trigger and its reasoning. Sensitive actions wait
behind approval gates the client defines. Client data stays in the client's own tools.
